• Booking will be confirmed after the deposit of 50% of the total estimated money and in case of cancel booking the booking money is not refundable. If the customer wants to change the event date in that case, the customer must inform us before the event date.
• Required NID/Passport Photocopy for every guest.
• No Fire Work & DJ is allowed inside the resort.
• Moderate Sound System Can Be Used For The Event And Cultural Programs.
• Any Damage Of The Property Or Any Items Will Have To Be Compensated.
• For Night Stay All The Service Will Be Ended By 10:00pm.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Poolside Cafe is open for all guests but it’s on payment.
• Pets are not allowed in the resort.
• Property Can Cancel The Event Without Any Advance Notice.
